CONDENSED TOS NOTICE:
This is the CONDENSED version, detailed info may be missing. This is to give a general idea of my TOS but when commissioning, the full TOS is what will be referenced when the client agrees.

FULL TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: July 23, 2025Pricing may fluctuate over time, I will accept the full payment after the sketch and I will not continue the commission until I receive payment. Robux payments will be recieved through gamepasses which will be linked when the sketch is done!Clients will be asked to provide descriptions and/or references to what they want for the commission to be able to provide a satisfactory outcome. These things include a reference for the character (must be included as I do not do designs at the moment.), poses and espressions (which the work will not be completely accurate to, I suggest telling me what you like about the pose or expression so I can keep those aspects.), colour palettes they want considered for the artwork (this is not mandatory but something to keep in mind if you want something warmer, cooler, or with a different coloured tint.), backgrounds (giving an aesthetic or vibe for the background and/or references to take inspiration from is highly recommended especially for patterned, scene elements, and full scenes. If giving me only the description, I will send some inspiration images for approval before moving forward.) and any important details for the drawing (this includes links to possible lore, their age, body type, etc. really just anything you deem important and don't want missed!)This pricing is for personal artwork only, if wanting to profit from the art then commercial rates can be negotiated. Commercial use is defined as using work in a way that will generate profit or promote a product or service such as merchandise or advertisements. Depending on what the work is used for, there is a minimum 100% markup.The client holds no rights to use my work in any blockchain-related technology such as NFTs, cryptocurrency, and future inventions in the space. Along the same lines, the client holds no right to using my work in any AI-related technology such as submitting for training engines and any future inventions in the space.I have the right to decline any commission if it does not comply with my terms or feel that I will not be able to meet my quality standards. I want to provide a consistent quality and if I believe I cannot fulfill that, I will not take the commission.Sharing my work is okay, I ask that you give credit to my through my socials or Roblox account that are linked in my carrd.Once the artwork is finalized, it will be discussed with the client about how to send it to them, if wanting the high quality version, email is the best option.Feel free to ask any questions! By purchasing my artwork, I will have assumed you have read and agree with my T.O.S.

Background: (Simple, Pattern, Scene Elements, Full Scene - Feel free to add inspiration photos or just give me a vibe! If you're unsure what type it'd be categorized as, just ask!)
Theme: (Give me an overall vibe you want for it! ex. Serious, Silly, Cute, etc.)
Description: (Tell me the details of what you want! Your character, poses, expressions, colour schemes, and details that are important to you such as age, body type, and anything else you want to make sure isn't overlooked! If you'd like to link a google doc, toyhouse, or carrd for lore, feel free! I would love to learn more about your character!)
